SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship to my country? We currently specialize in serving customers in Germany and the United States.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free for all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements for our customers in Germany and the USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Transit Time (Germany): 2–4 business days.
Transit Time (USA): 4–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@seronna.shop within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the "Handling" phase, we may not be able to stop the shipment.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your kitchen products, you can return them in their original, unused condition for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It typically takes 7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.

Where are you based? Our headquarters are located in Suhl, Germany. We take pride in our German roots and maintain high standards for all the products we curate for our shop.

Are your products safe for food use? Absolutely. All products sold at seronna.shop are specifically designed for kitchen use and meet standard safety requirements for food preparation and contact.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, take a photo and email us at support@seronna.shop immediately. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
