1. Shipping Regions & Cost

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Germany

  • United States

There are no hidden fees or shipping charges at checkout.

2. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, the following delivery timeframes apply:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Seronna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for shipments to the USA. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For shipments within Germany, VAT is included where applicable.

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@seronna.shop to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
